I sang in school in a choir all the way to my college years. I learn how to sing in school but I don’t know how to read musical scores anymore.
When I was in medical college we gather every year with my colleagues and went and sang in the hospitals and to our professors’ homes. It was a nice gesture that made me feel alive. I like to sing but as an adult the only time I get to do that it is in church at the service. Because of that I did not miss any Sunday church service since I have more time to spare.
I have a Karaoke bar in my city but I never went there until now. Maybe because none of my friends want to sing in front of strangers. But that is a very good idea if you want to have singing as a hobby, to go from time to time in a karaoke bar.
To hum in your home different songs that you like it is something normal.
Singing does make me feel alive although I don’t do it very often. Leave a comment if you feel the same way.
If you are lucky to have more friends that are into music, you can start a band or just to have someone to go to a karaoke bar to perform.
