Decluttering your mind
There are hobbies for this task!
Some popular hobbies for decluttering your mind are painting, sewing, drawing, knitting, and cooking. But any hobby that makes you stop thinking to your problems is good for this post’s subject.
When you don’t think of your problems then you make way in your mind for solution to those problems. And in this way one by one your problems will appear more smaller than you thought in the beginning.
If and when you enjoy a hobby you are practising a mindfulness technique without even know it. You will live in the present moment doing what you love. The time will appear that is standing still for the time that you are in the moment, but after you finish what were you doing, you will see that a lot of time has pass. Time is flying when you have fun!
A good practice of decluttering your mind is to complain every day a little less. To try every day to not complain about something that you already noticed that you don’t like a day before. In this way, trying not to complain you focus on finding a solution for an issue that already was mention.
I tried all the methods from above. And I am more peaceful than I ever been.
If you are a fearful person or you worry all the time. I recommend to start and practice a hobby until you get a bit better of it. And in this way you will start to practice mindfully. And also if you are practicing your hobby with other persons try not to complain to them about anything. In this way every one would have a good time enjoying that hobby.
See you in my next post!
